What we do with your messages

As a Supporters Board we receive many messages throughout the month about a variety of subjects. We monitor all communication methods including emails, contact message links as on this page, but also messages and tagged posts on both the Supporters Board Twitter and Facebook pages.

Issues Raised with your Supporters Board

Any contact we receive will be reviewed and assessed.

• If this relates to a topic we have already raised with the club or are aware of the answer we will let the person contacting us know the answer or direct them to the meeting minutes covering this.
• If this is a new issue/query then we support this being redirected to the right part of the Club, either directly or through signposting or may take to the Next Supporters Board meeting if appropriate or the issue is widespread.
• When we receive multiple queries around the same subject we do edit them together to form more structured questions
• We endeavour to respond to all questions raised directly, but there are times that the answers/responses will be within Meeting Minutes rather than direct replies.

Comments (not Questions) raised with your Supporters Board

Any contact we receive will be reviewed and assessed. If the query reads as more of a statement than raising an issue whilst we will review, we may not always respond directly

Questions/Issues raised with your Supporters Board which fall outside of our remit and Terms of Reference

Any contact we receive will be reviewed and assessed. If the query is not about an item we can cover because of our Terms of Reference then we will look to signpost the person raising the question to an appropriate route into the Club
