What happens when you contact us?
We receive messages from supporters across email, the website, and social media. Every message is reviewed.
If we already have an answer
We’ll share the latest information or point you to the relevant meeting minutes.
If it’s a new issue
We will:
- Raise it directly with the club, or
- Take it to a Supporters Board meeting if it affects multiple supporters
If we receive similar messages
We group them together to raise the issue clearly with the club.
If it’s outside our role
We’ll direct you to the right contact within the club.

We review every message and make sure supporter concerns are heard
